Project Description: Starting from a simple description of the app’s concept/idea, I was tasked with preparing the app design and feature details to be ready to pass off to a developer.

Deliverables:

• Complete list of detailed features & user stories with acceptance criteria.

• Customer experience analysis: identification of top 5 critical user journeys in order of priority.

• Identification of the MVP features and rollout plan for future iterations.

• Using AI to produce first draft mockups to be used as visual Proof of Concept.

• Light market analysis and business case.
