Project Deliverables:

• Marketing: Running the social media platforms, sponsorship presence at events, promotions/sales.

• Inventory: tracking, purchasing, and coordination with suppliers

• POS: Implementing a new POS and payment collection system.

• HR: Recruiting, interviewing, payroll, and weekly scheduling of the staff

• Maintenance: Equipment inspection, repairs, replacements

• Finance & misc admin: Budgeting & balance sheets, permits, food safe certifications, employee contracts etc.
