Project Description: As part of the company’s broader digital transformation initiative, the project involved a migration from a legacy Knowledge Management System (KMS) to a modern AI-powered KMS. My role in the project encompassed the following:

• Market analysis and vendor research.

• Vendor comparison, demo coordination & final recommendation.

• Acting as a PO/PM: leading an agile developer team.

  • Using JIRA and Miro to build features, user stories, acceptance criteria, risks, dependencies.

• Gathering user requirements, identifying pain points.

• Aligning stakeholders across the business.

• Identifying key milestones, roadmapping and rollout strategy

Project Deliverables:

• Selected & signed contract with new vendor.

• Migrated knowledge articles & content from legacy to new KMS.

• Custom web-based knowledge portal for internal use.

• API integrations with other internal tools/systems.

• Development roadmap, key milestones, and rollout plan.
